Order and Cancellation
1How do I order?
All our food is cooked fresh to order. To customise the menu, please place order at least five days in advance. Limited food items will be available for order that is confirmed less than five business days. You may order via our website, or contact our customer service representative by email (info@jcatering.com) or phone (+852 2555 8022) to inquire more details.
2How much food do I need?
Our customer service representative is happy to advise based on your budget, type of event, and number of guests, etc.
3What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled order will be processed with a penalty of the deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the delivery will be subject to a charge of the full payment.
1Do you deliver?
Yes. Our delivery is contained in insulated food transporter to maintain temperature and freshness. Based on location, delivery charge starts from HKD250 per single trip.

1Is there a minimum charge?
Minimum charge per order is HKD1,000.
2What is the payment term?
A non-fundable deposit of 70% of the total payment is required when the order is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery.
3How do I pay?
Payment can be made by cheque, credit card, bank transfer, FPS, or cash.
1What kind of set-up you offer?
Our team requires 1-1.5 hours to set up prior to your event. We prepare tables, table cloth, skirting and utensils, arrange all the dishes, and organise the drink station. All we require from you is the electric sockets for the warming lamp, coffee machine and tea urn.
2Could I request special set-up or additional service?
Our team is dedicated to create a memorable event according to your preference. To elevate your special occasion, we could provide shiny silverware, exquisite European and Oriental-style chinaware and utensils, delicate champagne flutes and wine goblets, and other thematic table decorations such as elegant candelabra.
We own a comprehensive set of event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, flatware, and linens, for our clients to rent at a discount. Our team is happy to handle every detail of your event, whether it is music playlist, flower arrangement, photography or valet parking
